What is so mysterious about Clapham Wood, UK? Just because dogs go missing, people die a mysterious death, people seeing UFO’s and there is a satanic cult is no reason to think the area is haunted or is it? Clapham only has one street and a few homes. One church and a post office is all you will find in Clapham besides the village shop. The woods behind Clapham are where people walk there dogs and enjoy a day of hiking. So what makes Clapham so mysterious? What is the reason for the reputation of Clapham being sinister? At first glance, it is a beautiful little town.
During the 60’s it was a popular place to be if you wanted to see UFO’s. People and urologists came from everywhere to sit for hours waiting to see something in the sky. They did this at all hours of the day and night. The people of Clapham were not pleased with the attention of their small town. The sightings were seen by the woods and near the small town. This made the town famous for UFO seekers. Everyone wanted to see the UFO. The town was crowd with strangers.
Very soon after arriving in Clapham Wood, visitors began to see other unusual occurrences. Many people had discomfort and nausea when they walked in to the woods. Some felt a present that jostled them. There was areas in the woods on the paths that had grey patches of mist. Two cases were reported were the grey mist turned into a fox and a bear shape. Then the UFO saga ended and a new mystery soon became known. Dogs started disappearing in the section of woods known as the “Chestnuts.” Two of the dogs disappear never to be seen again and one was found paralyzed partially and was put to sleep.
Then there were four unexplained deaths near the woods. One of the deaths was ruled a murder and the other three remained a mystery. It was not until years after these unexplained mysteries that a book was written about a satanic cult that used the woods for satanic cult activities. Although none of this was ever substantiated. It does seem that all the mysterious happenings have stopped. This was only after the big storm that swept through England devastating and changing the woods forever. However, the cult may have returned to the area. As late as 2002, two men were still trying to find evidence that the satanic cult is back and was responsible for the dogs disappearing and the deaths.
If the deaths and the dog disappearances were due to a cult, why does no one in the village know about the activity? Are the people of the village involved in satanic activity? The Mysterious Deaths Of UFO Researchers
It is said that if you are a UFO researcher, you have a shorter life span than the average person of your gender. It seems that researchers of UFO’s that publish accounts or findings about the UFO phenomenon die a mysterious and unanswered death. This is true for Phil Schneider, who made a public statement shortly before his death pertaining to UFO’s. Phil was found strangled with a catheter in 1996. It is said that Schneider broke the code by detailing some of his knowledge about things that are going on in the government. His statements were never confirmed or denied. They died the day he did.
Ron Rummel was another one to die when he supposedly put a gun in his mouth and committed suicide. Ron was the publisher of the Alien Digest. The mystery of his death was not speculation. There was no blood on the gun and it lacked fingerprints. How could a man shoot himself in the mouth and wipe the gun completely clean before he died. It was also said that a person using their left hand wrote the suicide note. Ron Rummel was as all knew, right handed. Ron and Phil Schneider were friends that had been sharing information.
Then there was Ron Johnson, Ann Livingston, Karla Turner, Danny Casolaro, Mae Bussell, Brian Lynch and Captain Don Elkin. The scientist that died early deaths were Roger Hill, Jonathan Walsh, Ashad Sharif, Trevor Knight, Peter Ferry, Alistair Beckham and Andrew Hall. It seems that anyone that spoke out about UFO’s or aliens and those indirectly or directly connected to these people died a sudden death. Some were explained, but not believed. It would seem that anyone with special interest in UFO’s or connections to those that died, are gone.
Two more deaths that mystify the world are the deaths of Dr James McDonald, M.K. Jessup and Dorothy Kilgallen. Two deaths were suicides and one was ruled an accident. The incredible thing was that the two suicides were people that enjoyed what they did and had so much to live for. They were immersed in the phenomena of UFO’s. Dorothy was a outspoken journalist with an interest in UFO’s. It is said she died from an accidental suicide.
McDonald was a professor in Arizona who explored the UFO phenomena as a reality. He shot himself and lived in a wheelchair. However, months after his attempted suicide, he got in a car, drove himself to a pawn store, bought another gun, and finished the job. Jessup, a well-known publisher of two UFO books, committed suicide by starting his car and hooking up a hose to commit suicide by carbon monoxide.
It is strange that all these people died so young and under such strange circumstances. All had something to do with UFO’s or those who addressed the issues. Most were suicides. Most were unexplainable suicides. What or who was responsible for all these deaths. Surely, it is not coincidental that all these people wanted to die and studied or talked about UFO’s. One has to wonder how or why they really died.
